Policies

Open: All year.

Reservations: Reservations are recommended. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, and 3 night minimum during major holidays and foliage season.

Payment: At the time of reservation, a deposit is required. Please note: when a credit card is used for a deposit, it is processed at the time of booking. One-night stay: full payment including tax (state and local). Two or more nights: 50% of total stay (not including tax). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and cash accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel outside of 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administration fee.  Should you cancel within 21 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless we can rebook your room for the entire time of your expected stay. If you do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay. Upon rebooking the room, your deposit will then be refunded less the $20 administration fee.

Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pets. Children 15 and older are welcome.

Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast included. Afternoon snacks and beverages available.
